Extremity Manipulation

Very similar to that of the spine, only performed to other joints including the shoulder, elbow, wrist, hips, knees, and ankles. Manipulation to these areas are reserved for individuals with an injury to a specific joint. These manipulations are also used to promote joint mobility, stimulate tissue regeneration, enhance postural alignment. Benefits include relief of musculoskeletal pain, decreased recovery time with acute injuries, and increase in range of motion.
